Sign Up for Our “Know Before You Go” Email
If you’ve recently purchased group travel medical insurance under our group insurance plans, we would love to send each of your group members and your group leader a helpful “Know Before You Go” email prior to their trip.
Our Group Plan Administrator sends the email message directly to your group members and highlights often-overlooked plan details including:
- Phone numbers to call in an emergency situation
- Instructions on how to get pre-certified for services and treatments
- A link to download the plan brochure as well as a claim form
- Our direct contact information so that we can assist your team members in making a claim or answering any policy questions
Participation in receiving the “Know Before You Go” email is completely voluntary. Nevertheless, we strongly urge you to equip your group members with this helpful information, so they get the most out of their insurance.
