Both United Continental and Delta are increasing their second checked bag fee on trans-Atlantic flights. United increased their second checked bag fee from $50 to $70 and delta from $50 to $75 if you check it at the airport.
Delta also is adding bag fees on its flights to Mexico and Central America, instituting a $30 charge to a second checked bag. That had been free prior to the change.
