NTSB: Kids of all ages should have their own seats

600px-US-NTSB-Seal_svgThe federal National Transportation Safety Board is recommending that airlines require a separate seat for all children, regardless of age, The New York Times reports.  That would end a practice of permitting children under the age of 2 to fly for free on the lap of their parent or guardian.  Read More at USA Today.
